How to find the bus in the airport
If your booking is an airport pick up, you pay the full amount when you do the booking.
If your flight is more than 15 minutes late, it is your responsibility to let us know before departure from your country.
We then reserve the right to cancel your booking if we have other clients waiting.
if your flight is delayed between 30-60 minutes it’s +50€ and if delayed more than 1 hour +50€
(2 hours +50€ 3 hours +50€ etc …)
It’s your obligation to inform us at +34 628 444 860 (WhatsApp) as soon as you know the flight is delayed, which means as soon as you pass ETD (estimated departure time)
In case we have to cancel due to the delay, 50% of your deposit will be returned.
We only have one Partybus in Mallorca and we try our best to keep everyone happy.
